Dr. Anjali Sane is an accomplished educator with over twenty years of experience in Economics and Banking. She is renowned for her expertise in Managerial Economics, Micro and Macro Economics, and Financial Literacy. She adeptly uses practical examples and case studies to enrich classroom learning.

In addition to her role in academic administration, Dr. Sane actively engages in interdisciplinary research, focusing on areas such as higher education and sustainable consumption. Her research endeavours include a Minor Research Project on Financial Literacy, supported by the Board of College and University Development (BCUD), Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Dr. Sane employs quantitative and qualitative research tools, utilising an exploratory research methodology. With a prolific scholarly output, Dr. Sane has authored over 20 research papers in peer-reviewed management journals and contributed to numerous national and international conference proceedings. She has also co-authored multiple books on Business Economics, showcasing her extensive knowledge in the field.

Dr. Anjali Sane has earned prestigious awards, including the "Ideal Teacher Award" from MAEER’s MIT Group of Institutions and the "Super Achiever in the Field of Education Award" from Kaveri Group of Institutions, Pune. For research excellence, she received recognition as a Research fellow at the Centre for International Trade and Business in Asia (CITBA) at James Cook University, Australia. Furthermore, she received the "Best Paper" award at the International Conference on Innovation in Business, Trade, and Commerce in March 2022 & 2023.
