Prof. Gupte was selected by Maharashtra Public Service Commission for the post of “Lecturer-Biostatistics – Class II Officer” in B. J. Medical College, Pune and she has 23 years’ experience of teaching undergraduates and postgraduate medical students and research undertaken by government medical college. In 2009 she joined MIT School of Business. Currently she is associated with MIT WPU Faculty of Management. She has total 33 years of teaching experience.
