“I have got more than 6 years of work experience in the field of both Industry & Academia. In her industry related assignments she acted as HR Generalist. During these assignments she handled employee engagement, CSR, Compensation Management. During her tenure she acted as a legal representative & handled all the legal affairs of the organization. Other than these industry related assignments she worked as a visiting faculty for the subject Human Resources Management which is her domain expertise. She has merit in her academics & holds a Doctorate degree in Human resource, Master’s degree in Human resource, Two Bachelor’s degrees (Law & Microbiology) & also possess a Diploma in Labour law. This experience is of teaching PG students (MBA, MCA, PGDM) has enhance her pedagogical approache”
