Dr. Ashwini Wadegaonkar is working as an Assistant Professor, at Faculty of Education, MIT World Peace University, Kothrud, Pune (M.Ed. Department). Academically, she has secured First position in merit list of M.Ed. Regular Course, at SPPU. She is a recipient of ‘W.R. Puranik Gold Medal’ for B.Ed. Examination and ‘Smt. Umabai Patwardhan Gold Medal’ for B.Sc. Examination, Nagpur University. She has worked as a School teacher and a Teacher educator for 10 years. Her areas of interest are Research in education, Inclusive education, Skill development and Women empowerment. Professionally as a teacher educator, she taught Educational management, Educational research, Inclusive education and Educational evaluation at PG level. She has 13 publications as book articles, research papers in various national and international journals with ISBN and ISSN and presented research papers in various International and National research journals and conferences. She has worked as a Research guide at post-graduation level – M.Ed. and M.A. Education. She has worked as a Resource Person and delivered lectures in Refresher Courses organized by universities and private educational institutions and at Ph.D. course work. She has worked as a Paper Setter and Examiner at University level. She has contributed to the field by working as an expert at Delhi Public School for the recruitment purpose, as a social skills trainer for visually impaired and conducting audits for MIT schools. She has also contributed in curriculum construction for MIT WPU M.Ed. Program. She has worked as an Internal and External Panel Member for Ph.D. Research and Consultancy Cell, MIT ADT University. She is a self-motivated teacher, aspires a successful career in teacher education and research for contributing towards the organization and society.
