Dr. Vishal Ghule is an Associate Professor of Liberal Arts with a strong background in research and human resource qualifications. He holds a Ph.D. in Psychology and has over a decade of experience in research, academics, and training. After working in the corporate world and leading a start-up in the area of Psychometric Assessments, Counselling, Training, e-learning, and Mental Health, he decided to return to his original passion for research and teaching.

Dr. Ghule's expertise lies in product development, business development, and operations. He has spearheaded the development of 300+ Cognitive and Behavioural Psychometric Assessments and 80+ e-learning programs. With his academic background and industry experience, he brings a unique perspective to his teaching, helping students understand the practical applications of their studies. Dr. Ghule's passion for research and teaching is evident in his work, and he is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders in his field."
