Dr. Vaishali Choudhari is a scholar with UGC NET and PhD in Psychology. Her research interests include workplace conflict, positive psychology, mental health, and gender differences. She has authored several articles in reputed journals such as the Indian Journal of Psychology and Education, International Journal of Indian Psychology, and Indian Journal of Natural Sciences. Dr. Choudhari's work includes a systematic review of prenatal mental health in India, a comparative investigation of personality traits and gender differences among management students, and a study on haptic memory in deaf adolescents. She is a dedicated researcher and has made significant contributions to the field of psychology.
