Bio
Dr. Swapnil Undale is a seasoned academician and accomplished industry professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in Sales and Marketing across Institutional, Industrial, and Pharmaceutical sectors. Throughout his career, he has served renowned multinational companies such as L&T, ESAB, and SKF through their channel partners, and served as a Regional Sales Manager at FDC Ltd.
His core areas of expertise and research include Sales & Marketing, Marketing Research and the use of technology in sales and marketing, Pharmaceutical Marketing. He has a keen interest in how emerging digital tools and platforms are transforming marketing practices, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.
An active contributor to academia and industry, he regularly conducts workshops on marketing research and advanced research methodologies using tools such as SPSS, AMOS, Python, and R. He is the author of a book titled Business Research Methods and has published several high-quality research papers in reputed journals. His work reflects a deep understanding of both traditional marketing principles and the evolving role of technology in shaping modern marketing strategies.
