Dr. Sukhmeet Kaur is an Assistant Professor at Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune. With five years of teaching experience, she is a goal-oriented HR professional. She obtained her Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Management from Dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra, and completed her MBA in HR with distinction. Dr. Kaur has published 13 research papers in Scopus, peer-reviewed, UGC care list, and ABDC-B journals. She has participated in numerous conferences, webinars, FDPs, and workshops/seminars. Her expertise lies in human resources management, organizational behaviour, research methodology, and HR analytics.
