Dr. Roshan Anant Gangurde

Bio

Dr. Roshan Gangurde is an Associate Professor – Business Analytics at the School of Business, Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University, Pune, India. He brings a wealth of experience, with 16 years in academia and 2 years in industry. Dr. Gangurde earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Department of Computer Science, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, in October 2020, and also holds the UGC-NET qualification in Computer Science & Applications (June 2012). His primary research interests encompass Data Mining, Data Science, Business Analytics, and Machine Learning.

His prolific research is evidenced by 15 publications, including 9 research papers and 6 conference papers, all featured in esteemed SCI and Scopus-indexed journals and conferences. Notably, he has been granted an Australian Innovation Patent and is the author of the book, "Understanding Data Science: Analysis and Applications," published by Scientific International Publishing House. Further extending his educational reach, he developed the online course "Fundamentals of R Programming," available on the Udemy platform.
