Mrs. Rashmi Pethe

Bio

Rashmi Pethe is an accomplished fashion professional with over 21 years of experience in both education and industry. She completed her Fashion Design graduation at CSIBER, Kolhapur, and earned a master’s degree from the School of Fashion Technology, Pune. Having owned her design studio, Rashmi gained valuable practical insights into the fashion industry. Before joining MIT WPU as an Assistant Professor, she contributed to fashion education at SNDT College and MNVTI of Karve Shikshan Sanstha, MITCON. She was Head of the Department at MNVTI. At MITCON, she guided students in turning knowledge into entrepreneurial projects, training them in research, financial management, government loan schemes, and business licensing to prepare them for successful careers.
