Bio
Dr. Moumita Majumder has over 12 years of research experience in reaction modeling and electronic structure theory. She has published more than 20 research articles in highly reputed international journals in the field of theoretical and computational chemistry, focusing on the computational modeling of interfacial chemical reactions, functional molecular materials, Gas-phase spectroscopy, and molecular reaction dynamics (time-dependent and time-independent). She completed one DST-sponsored project under the DST Women Scientist Scheme at IIT Jodhpur. Dr. Majumder obtained her M.Sc. from IIT Delhi and Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur and has nearly 3.5 years of postdoctoral experience in The USA (Missouri University of Science and Technology, Texas Tech University).
