Bio

Dr. Aparna Pathak has been associated with MIT since April 2008, where she teaches various courses like Human Resource Management, Business Laws, Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development, and Marketing Management, among others. Prior to joining MIT, she practiced law for 9 years. Dr. Pathak has presented about 18 research papers in national and international journals and attended more than 20 national and international seminars. She was awarded the 'Ideal Teacher Award' in September 2017 for her dedication to teaching. Dr. Pathak is passionate about teaching and believes in bringing variations in teaching methodology to prepare her students to face the future with confidence.
