Mrs. Aaditi A Khare is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Liberal Arts having a Teaching experience of 10 years in the field of Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her teaching philosophy focuses on clear understanding, practical learning, and active student participation. She is motivated by the desire to help students develop strong subject knowledge, critical thinking, and good values. She believes in creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and continuous learning. In line with MIT-WPU’s vision, She aims to contribute through effective teaching, innovative methods, and academic commitment, helping students grow into skilled professionals and responsible individuals who can positively contribute to society. Her PhD is in the domain of undergraduate college students’ well-being.
