The MIT-WPU School of Education was established in 2007 with the express purpose of revolutionizing the Pedagogy industry in India. The Teacher training curriculum being taught here goes above and beyond the call of duty for each teacher. India has a rich tradition of ‘Gurus’ meaning teachers and this coupled with the modern demand for a professional, yet completely involved, teacher-led MIT-WPU to create a unique teacher training methodology that combines the most modern of outlooks within the field of pedagogy with the time tested traditions of the Guru Shishya Parampara in India.
Offering Bachelors and Masters in the field of Education, the programs offered by the MIT-WPU School of Education guarantees not only providing traditional teacher education in our B. Ed., M.Ed., M.A. (Education) but also provides Early Childhood & Care Education. Our certificate and diploma in early childhood & care education (ECCE), certificate in Handicraft & Arts, and certificate course in crèche management gives an opportunity to those individuals who want to be an entrepreneurs and set up pre-schools, crèches, play-schools and summer camps thus contributing not only to their own personal success,but that of the nation’s greatest asset, our future generation.
