M.Sc. Industrial Polymer Chemistry
M. Sc. Industrial Polymer Chemistry is a two year, six trimester program. The course covers areas like plastics, paints & surface coatings, rubbers & elastomers, adhesives, fibre and composite technology. Apart from above, the students have to undergo rigorous industrial training for 3-4 months during their final trimester with the possibility of paid internships for deserving students. Our advisory committee consisting of eminent academicians and industry experts have crafted this course keeping in mind the requirement of the industry and the research imperative concerning polymers.

The Master of Science in Industrial Polymer Chemistry program is designed with a view to make 360⁰ development of a student. Apart from academic excellence efforts are also made to the overall development of a student which includes mental, spiritual, physical, social and personality development.

Programme Structure
Industrial Polymer Chemistry program covers organic, inorganic and physical chemistry along with fundamentals of polymer science and advanced polymer chemistry and their respective laboratories. At the end of the first year the course moves towards the core area of polymer science and students learn in-depth about the polymer physics and structure property relationship, rubbers and elastomers and in depth case studies of industrial polymer manufacturing.
