Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) at MIT-WPU will provide with a broad foundation knowledge of contemporary business and its practices. The curriculum is designed to equip students and update them about the recent trends in the field of commerce. It will also make the student globally competent and employable. B.Com. students have an opportunity to take up higher degrees/credentials such as M.Com. MBA, ICWA, CA, CS and many more.
B.Com at MIT-WPU offers an ideal blend of compulsory subjects and elective subjects with the Specialization in the area of Cost Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Marketing. This program keeps in mind the need of the industry where professional skills are inculcated among the students to make them employable in industry or to become an Entrepreneur. Programme Hightlights


The B.Com Program under MIT-WPU is of a 3 year with 9 Trimester Choice Based Credit System Programme. It has evolved from a carefully designed learning pedagogy whereby the program aims to impart students with rigorous and hands-on training in the field of Commerce with the special emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills. The WPU methodology of imparting education takes students through experiential learning based on –

  • The B.Com course at MIT – WPU introduces you to an in-depth study of live projects related to: Finance and Accounting; Banking, Insurance, Business Management; Financial Decision Making; Financial Statement Analysis; Wealth Management; Marketing etc. with a view to give them a hold on theoretical aspects of different concepts of commerce and finance.

  • The curriculum offers specializations, like Cost & Works Accounting, Banking & Insurance, and Marketing. This programme is designed to equip students and update them about the recent trends in the field of commerce.

  • Regular lectures conducted by an ideal combination of faculties from the Industry as well as from Academics.
