Study of Modern Geography has become an all-encompassing field whereby you study the structure and components of Earth, climatic conditions, natural resources and other human complexities. Students get to learn Project Management and environmental reporting skills apart from other related subjects. Upon the completion of this program, students often pursue higher specialized postgraduate studies to undertake teaching professions, Civil Services or Research Oriented careers. Programme Structure


The course duration for B. A Geography is three years programme based on the Choice Based Credit System and syllabus followed as per UGC guidelines. It is restructured into a trimester pattern with components of peace subjects offered as part of the MIT World Peace University Program. We employ WPU Method of (Continuously Updated Education System) to ensure our students have an edge over others in their Professional endeavors.

  • 1st Year – Three Years Full Time Undergraduate Programme with Trimester Pattern with Choice Based Credit System. The program requires you to achieve. Minimum 24 Credits to be achieved in First Year for admission to Second Year.

  • 2nd Year- Minimum 26 Credits to be achieved in the Second Year to be eligible for admission to Final Year. The student should clear all the subjects of First Year to become eligible for admission to Final Year.
