MACSCOM- The Commerce Week

An initiative of the Commerce Association at MIT-WPU, it intends to impart practical knowledge related to the various fields of Commerce to the students through Seminars, Guest Lectures & Competitions.

Cinephiles – The Film and Writers’ Club

The brainchild of the MIT students to collaboratively organize activities related to cinema and literature involves Collaborative novel writing, workshops on creative writing, special lectures by seniors authors, workshops of film makers, lectures by film scholars, and movie screenings.

Sports- Inter Collegiate Competition

The Department of Physical Education & Sports at MIT-WPU tries to set high standards for competing at Inter-collegiate, State, and National level individual and team sports tournaments.

Srujan- State level cultural Competition

A 3 day Performing Art Festival showcasing the best talent in competitive set-up across Debates, Extempore Poetry, Singing, Dance, Fashion Shows, One Act Plays, Street Plays, and Spot Photography.


CINEPHILES: For the Love of Cinema

Cinema is a form of art that is a composite mix between writing, music, dance and theater. It is a relatively new art form beginning in the early decade of the 20th century. Now, as it matures and becomes more complex, we at MIT-WPU recognize the utility and elegance of this art form.
